Refund Policy

You can cancel a paid Wiring Atlas plan at any time. This page explains what happens when you do and when we give money back.
How cancelling and refunds work
- Cancel anytime. You keep your plan until the end of the time you paid for.
- Monthly plans aren’t refunded for partial months.
- Yearly plans get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of being charged.
Cancelling your plan
Email us at admin@wiringatlas.com from the address on your account, and we’ll cancel it for you. You won’t be charged again.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan, and all your records stay readable and ready to download.
Refunds
Monthly plans: we don’t refund part of a month.
Yearly plans: you get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge, including renewals. After 14 days, your plan runs to the end of the year without a refund. A refunded plan moves to the Free plan right away.
How to ask for a refund
Email admin@wiringatlas.com with the email address on your account. Paddle, our reseller, sends the money back to the card or account you paid with.
Your rights under the law
This policy doesn’t take away any refund rights the law gives you.
